Signature Massage: A combination of
traditional Swedish and deep-tissue massage
techniques used to ease muscle tension, improve
circulation and target specific areas to
ease muscle pain and dysfunction. Each massage
is created to fulfill your specific needs. You
will leave with an overall sense of wellbeing.
Treatment Massage: Using deep tissue
along with other treatment techniques. This
massage targets treatment of specific injuries
and muscle tension, spasm and fatigue.
The therapist will work with you to identify
your specific needs.
Full Body Relaxation Massage: When you
just need to relax. This can be used on the
occasion when you don’t really want any specific
deep work to be done. This is good to do
periodically in between Treatment massages.
Great for relieving stress and anxiety giving
your whole body a sense of relaxed wholeness.
Sports Conditioning Massage: To keep
you playing up to par. This massage treats
specific sports injuries along with identifying
and correcting areas of hypertension, spasm,
decreased flexibility and strength. Keeps you in
condition to play at the top of your game.
Technical Support Massage: Ideal for
mouse shoulders and back-compromising
computer postures, this massage focuses on areas used working long hours at the
computer: neck, shoulders, back, arms, wrists
and hands. Can reduce carpal tunnel risk.
Pregnancy Massage: Pregnancy creates many
significant physical and emotional changes in a
woman’s life. Massage is great in helping the
body accept the changes more comfortably. Many
pillows are used in sidelying and semireclining
positions, this is the most comfortable and
safest method for massaging a pregnant woman.
This massage looks to relax, reduce stress,
promote circulation, reduce swelling, improve
physiological functioning, and reduce
musculoskeletal strain and pain. You will leave
with a happy body.
We accept cash, checks and
online via Paypal,
or billing through L&I and PIP. Most
major medical insurance accepted. Medical
Flexible Spending Plan (FSA) monies can also be
used for pain and injury treatment. Services are priced
as follows:
- 1 hour $ 85.00, or $65 if you pay at the
time of service or
online.
- 1 ½ hours
- $125.00, or $95 if you pay at the time of
service or
online.
- 2 hours $170.00, or $130 if you pay at
the time of service or
online.
